Any delivery dates given are approximate and late delivery will not be an acceptable reason for refusing products. Gallybird Ltd aims to deliver when promised.
No returns will be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made with Gallybird Ltd.
Faulty & Damaged Products
We are happy to replace damaged products that are received. Please ensure the item(s) are available for collection and please provide photos of any damaged products. Please always sign for any damaged deliveries as unchecked or damaged. Gallybird Ltd cannot credit or replace any items that have been signed for as ok.
